ご注文の際に、お名前、お届け先の住所、メールアドレス、電話番号（ご入力いただいた場合）、ご注文の内容とお支払いの状況をお預かりいたします。クレジットカードの番号などは決済事業者が直接受け取り、当店は受け取りません。
2. 利用の目的
商品の製作と発送、ご注文に関するご連絡、お問い合わせへの回答、法令に基づく会計・税務の記録のためにのみ利用いたします。ご注文の情報を、広告や宣伝に使うことはございません。
3. 委託先と外国への提供
ご注文の処理のため、次の事業者に必要な情報をお渡しいたします：Shopify（ショップとご注文手続きの画面の運営。カナダ・米国ほか）、Printful とその日本国内の提携工場（印刷と発送。米国・日本）、配送業者（日本）、お支払いに使われた決済事業者。当店は米国の事業者であり、お預かりした情報は、米国、カナダその他の国で保管・処理されます。各国の個人情報保護の制度については、個人情報保護委員会のウェブサイトでご確認いただけます。

1. What we keep
When you order: your name, delivery address, e-mail address, phone number (if you give one), what you ordered and whether it is paid. Card numbers go straight to the payment provider; we never receive them.
2. What for
Only to make and send your order, to write to you about it, to answer your questions, and for the accounting and tax records the law requires. We never use your order details for advertising.
3. Who else handles it, and where
To fulfil your order we pass what is needed to: Shopify (which runs the shop and the checkout; Canada, the USA and elsewhere), Printful and its partner facility in Japan (printing and shipping; the USA and Japan), the carrier (Japan), and the payment provider you chose. We are a US business, so your details are stored and processed in the USA, Canada and other countries.
Shopify may also process your order details on its own account, to run and improve its services and to prevent fraud. See Shopify's consumer privacy policy (https://privacy.shopify.com/en) for how, and for your rights there.
4. Cookies and tracking
tuturigachicorp.com has no analytics, no tracking and no cookies. Your cart is kept only in your browser tab. The checkout (shop.tuturigachicorp.com) is run by Shopify and uses the cookies an order needs.
5. How long
As long as the accounting and tax records require.
6. Your requests
To see, correct, stop the use of or delete your details, write to shop@tuturigachicorp.com. We will confirm it is you and answer promptly.
