利用規約
1. この規約について
この規約は、Hyperasado LLC（以下「当店」）が運営するショップでの商品のご購入に適用されます。ご注文いただいた時点で、この規約にご同意いただいたものとします。
2. 物語と商品
tuturigachicorp.com の「株式会社トゥトゥリガチ言語解決社」とその物語はフィクションです。商品は実在の商品で、販売業者は当店です。商品に描かれた会社名、日付、出来事は、物語の一部です。
3. ご注文と契約
ご注文の後、当店からご注文確認のメールをお送りした時点で、売買の契約が成立いたします。在庫や製作の事情によりお受けできない場合は、その旨をご連絡し、お支払いいただいた代金を全額返金いたします。
4. 価格とお支払い
価格は各商品に表示したとおりです。送料を含むお支払いの合計金額は、ご注文手続きの画面に表示いたします。お支払いは、ご注文の際に、その画面に表示される方法でお願いいたします。
5. 製作、配送、返品
商品はご注文を受けてから製作いたします。配送と返品・返金については、配送ポリシーと返金ポリシーのとおりです。画面上の色は、実際の商品の色と多少異なる場合がございます。
6. 権利
商品のデザインと、このサイトの文章・画像の権利は、それぞれの権利者に帰属します。商品のご購入によって、これらの権利が移転することはございません。
7. 責任
当店の責任は、法令で認められる範囲で、お支払いいただいた代金の額を上限といたします。ただし、当店の故意または重大な過失による場合、および消費者契約法その他の法令によりお客様に認められた権利は、この限りではございません。
8. 準拠法
この規約は日本法に準拠いたします。
9. 改定とお問い合わせ

1. These terms
These terms apply to purchases in the shop run by Hyperasado LLC ("we"). By ordering, you accept them.
2. The story and the goods
Tuturigachi Language Solutions Corp. of tuturigachicorp.com, and its story, are fictional. The goods are real, and we sell them. The company names, dates and events printed on them are part of the story.
3. Orders
The contract is made when we send you the e-mail confirming your order. If we cannot fulfil an order, we tell you and refund everything you paid.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are as shown with each item. The total, with shipping, is shown at the checkout, where you pay when you order, by the methods shown there.
5. Making, shipping, returns
Each item is made after you order it. Shipping and returns follow our shipping and refund policies. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the item.
6. Rights
The rights in the designs and in this site's texts and images stay with their owners. Buying an item does not transfer them.
7. Liability
As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. This does not apply to intent or gross negligence on our part, nor does it limit the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Japan.
