Where we ship: for now, within Japan only.

Shipping costs: 800 yen per order; free for orders of 11,000 yen or more. The cost is shown at the checkout.

Delivery time: each item is printed for you at our partner's facility in Japan and usually ships within 7 business days of your order. It arrives about 1 to 3 days after shipping.

Tracking: when your order ships, we send you an e-mail with its tracking number. If you order several items, they may arrive separately.

If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong, the cost of sending it again is yours.
