返金ポリシー

返品・交換・返金について

当店の商品は、ご注文を受けてから一点ずつ印刷しております。そのため、お客様のご都合による返品・交換（サイズやイメージの違いを含みます）はお受けしておりません。ご注文の前に、各商品ページのサイズ表をご確認ください。

印刷の不良や破損、ご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合は、商品の到着から7日以内に、ご注文番号と商品の写真を添えて、shop@tuturigachicorp.com までご連絡ください。確認のうえ、同じ商品を新しくお作りしてお送りするか、代金を返金いたします。送料は当店が負担いたします。商品のご返送は、原則として必要ございません。

ご注文のキャンセルは、印刷が始まる前に限りお受けいたします。ご注文の直後に shop@tuturigachicorp.com までご連絡ください。

返金は、お支払いに使われた方法で行います。返金がお客様の口座等に反映されるまでの日数は、お支払い方法により異なります。

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Every item is printed for you after you order it, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, including the wrong size. Please check the size chart on each item's page before you order.

If an item arrives misprinted, damaged, or different from what you ordered, write to shop@tuturigachicorp.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo. We will make the item again and send it, or refund you, at our cost. As a rule you do not need to send the item back.

An order can be cancelled only before printing begins. Please write to shop@tuturigachicorp.com right after ordering.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. How long they take to appear depends on that method.
